You confirm you are over 18 years old. DOJO does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Use of the Service also requires acceptance of our Privacy Policy.


2. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of DOJO Music LTD and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No trademarks or trade dress may be used without written permission.


3. Feedback

By submitting Feedback, you assign all rights, title, and interest to DOJO. If assignment is not possible, you grant DOJO a perpetual, royalty‑free, worldwide licence to use and exploit the Feedback.


4. Links to Third‑Party Websites

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third‑party websites linked through our Service.


5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOJO Music LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you through the Service, or $100 if no purchase was made.


7. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, accurate, reliable, or free of harmful components.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.


9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first contact us to attempt informal resolution.


10. EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you retain any mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.


11. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.


12. Interpretation

If these Terms appear in multiple languages, the English version prevails.


13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.


14. Payment Plans & Black Friday Terms

The following applies to all DOJO payment plans and Black Friday promotional purchases:

14.1 Payment Plan Obligations

If you purchase a membership via a payment plan:

You are responsible for completing all agreed instalments.

If instalments fail or remain unpaid, your access to DOJO Pro, community spaces, coaching, feedback, and all resources will be suspended.

To regain access, you must pay the remaining balance of the original payment plan in full.

14.2 Black Friday

Black Friday purchases made via payment plan are strictly non‑refundable.

This includes partial payments, missed payments, or completed instalments.

One-on-one bonuses unlocked by being among the first Black Friday sign-ups can only be claimed after full payment of all instalments.

These policies exist to protect the integrity of seasonal discounts and ensure fairness to all members.
