We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOJO Music LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are an EU consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
11. Consumer Rights and Cancellation
11.1 Your Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have certain statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
11.2 Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund, without giving any reason.
However, if you request immediate access to digital content or services before the 14-day cancellation period ends, you:
Acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the service has begun or digital content has been accessed; and
Consent to the service or content being provided immediately.
By accessing any programme materials, attending any coaching session, or entering the community, you confirm your consent to waive the 14-day cancellation right.
11.3 How to Cancel
To cancel within the 14-day period (where you have not yet accessed any content or services), contact us at [email protected] with your name, email address, and purchase details.
12. DOJO Pro Membership
12.1 Subscription Terms
DOJO Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
12.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your DOJO Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.
12.3 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.
13. DOJO Accelerator Programme
13.1 Fixed-Term Commitment
By enrolling in the DOJO Accelerator programme, you agree to a fixed-term commitment for the full programme duration (currently 3 months).
This is not a month-to-month subscription. Once enrolled, you are responsible for the full programme fee regardless of whether you:
Complete the programme
Attend all sessions
Choose to stop participating before the programme ends
13.2 No Cancellation or Refunds After Cooling-Off Period
Subject to your 14-day statutory cancellation right (see Section 11), no cancellations, refunds, or early terminations are permitted once the programme has commenced.
By enrolling and accessing any Accelerator content, coaching session, or community space, you waive your 14-day cancellation right and commit to the full programme fee.
13.3 Cohort-Based Delivery
Each Accelerator cohort is curated with limited spaces. By accepting your enrolment, we may decline other applicants. Your commitment enables us to meet our obligations to coaches, tutors, and other participants.
13.4 Payment Obligations
If you enrolled via a payment plan, you remain liable for all instalments for the full programme fee, regardless of participation or early withdrawal.
If you are unable to meet your payment obligations, you must contact us immediately at [email protected]. We may, at our sole discretion, offer alternative payment arrangements. However, this does not reduce or eliminate your obligation to pay the full programme fee.
13.5 Default and Access Suspension
If payments are missed or fail, your access to programme materials, coaching sessions, and community spaces may be suspended until payment is received.
14. Payment Plans and Promotional Terms
14.1 Payment Plan Obligations
If you purchase any membership or programme via a payment plan:
You are responsible for completing all agreed instalments for the full original price.
If instalments fail or remain unpaid, your access to DOJO Pro, DOJO Accelerator, community spaces, coaching, feedback, and all resources may be suspended.
To regain access, you must pay the remaining balance in full.
14.2 Promotional and Black Friday Purchases
Promotional purchases (including Black Friday offers) made via payment plan are strictly non-refundable.
This includes partial payments, missed payments, or completed instalments.
Bonuses tied to promotional offers can only be claimed after full payment of all instalments.
These policies exist to protect the integrity of promotional pricing and ensure fairness to all members.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
16. Interpretation
If these Terms appear in multiple languages, the English version prevails in the event of any conflict.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
